From making a living as a Director of independent movies, actor and photographer, Gregor Staudner once again made a transformation that we are really happy about. We are glad to have him as the first viennese Superfood-Barista at B.O.U.M. – his finest coffee blends will keep you moving!
From the grapes to the malt. Ulrich Leitner, well known as the helping hand of Judith Beck, started to brew beer at the winery a few years ago. Today, his American Pale Ale is far more than just an experiment and one of a kind. Brewed in the boiler where the biologics are produced, the beer comes with a fruity taste and citrus note. Perfect companion to every winetaster!
Let’s face it: eating fish is not only healthy, it is inseperably tied to good kitchen and puts us into vacation mood. Even better if the fish comes out of its natural habitat, is not overbreeded and full of all the good nutrients we appreciate. “Wildkultur” has dedicated itself to responsible fish farming which the best restaurants of Austria and B.O.U.M. pay tribute to!
